This event is open to the public, and recommended especially for anyone who has an interest in learning about tools for food and body image issues, paired with yoga and mindfulness practices. This is a casual gathering that will include a 45 minute yoga practice, the Eat Breathe Thrive's "Tracking of Needs" meditation practice, and time to discuss and reflect on your work with body image or food issues (or anything else that is coming up in your life...it's all connected!).
